The Website objective is to be user-friendly, informative, and secured for use. Our website assists you in accessing travel information and delivers travel related services, make travel bookings, or transactions with travel suppliers that are enlisted on our website. Athiman Holidays India Private Limited website is designed for personal use only. Hereby, terms like we, us, our or ‘Athiman Holidays India Private Limited’ refer to Athiman Holidays India Private Limited. The terms like “you” or “your” refer to the user of Athiman Holidays India Private Limited website.

We present the Website to you under the condition that you have accepted it without any modification in the terms, conditions, and notices mentioned below. This is collectively known as the ‘Terms’ or ‘Agreement’. Under the Agreement, we have described the terms and conditions applicable to the services available through our website and have all the details regarding your responsibilities as a user of Athiman Holidays India Private Limited website and limits our and third-party suppliers’ liability. Our suppliers include any kind of services that are availed via www.athimanholidays.com. We hereby, refer our third-party suppliers as ‘Travel Service Providers’. You must go through our Terms & Conditions very carefully as it has all the information regarding the bookings made by you. You must also check Athiman Holidays India Private Limited’s Privacy Policy to understand the use of our website and how it is incorporated in the Agreement.

When you use our website to book a travel service or product, or by reaching out to our call center agents, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. All the terms and conditions mentioned apply to you, and if you have any issues with the Terms and conditions, we request you to stop your use of our website. Athiman Holidays India Private Limited reserves the right to modify and amend the Agreement and post the new terms at any time. Therefore, we advise you to keep a regular check on this page during your booking or every time you visit the website. The amended Terms will be effective from the day of posting. Our website targets to and the terms of this Agreement apply to the residents of the India. Under this Agreement, we determine your IP address to identify if you are located anywhere in this region.

When You Accept These Terms, You Agree to Mandatory Class Action and Waiver A Class Action.

Use Of Athiman Holidays India Private Limited Website

There are certain conditions that you are required to fulfill to use our website or book with us through our travel agents. Therefore, you must guarantee that:

  1. You are 18 years of age or above.
  2. You have the legal authority to engage in a legal contract with us
  • You will use Athiman Holidays India Private Limited according to the terms of Agreement
  1. You will make authentic bookings for your personal use or on someone’s behalf who has authorized you on legal-basis
  2. If you are acting on someone else’s behalf, you have to make sure that at your end you are ensuring that they are aware of the terms of this Agreement
  3. Additionally, also make sure that the information shared by you is up-to-date, true and right
  • If you create an account on Athiman Holidays India Private Limited.com, you can safeguard it and our agents will supervise the process to make sure that your account is used for the right purpose by you and nobody else.

Athiman Holidays India Private Limited holds the right to deny any individual access to our website or services for any reason we consider valid. This includes but does not limit to violation of terms of this Agreement.

Resolution Of Disputes

Under this Agreement, you agree that Athiman Holidays India Private Limited will be allowed to resolve a dispute or a claim when you deal with our customer care agents. This dispute might arise because of issues with the service that we make or issue with Privacy Policy by reaching out to our customer care number +91 8851-520-568 or writing to us on support@athimanholidays.com. In case we are unable to resolve the Claims within 60-days, you can seek redress via arbitration.

Governing Law and Submission to Jurisdiction

Terms and our rights along with the third parties are under exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. If not mentioned otherwise, it is decided and mutually agreed upon by both the parties that in case of a Mandatory Arbitration it will undergo in an exclusive jurisdiction of Lucknow court. As a user, you have given Athiman Holidays India Private Limited the consent to decide this. Unless mentioned differently, you must bring any Claims to our notice within 1-months of the date of booking.

Miscellaneous

JURISDICTION: This Agreement is subject to interpretation as per the laws of India, and the parties shall refer any unresolved disputes to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow.

AMENDMENT TO THE USER AGREEMENT: Athiman Holidays India Private Limited reserves the right to change the User Agreement from time to time. The User is responsible for regularly reviewing the User Agreement.

CONFIDENTIALITY: Any information which is specifically mentioned by Athiman Holidays India Private Limited as confidential shall be maintained confidentially by the User and shall not be disclosed unless as required by law or to serve the purpose of this User Agreement and the obligations of both the parties herein.

FEEDBACK FROM CUSTOMER: Athiman Holidays India Private Limited would like to know the feedback of the Users for improving its services. The User hereby authorizes Athiman Holidays India Private Limited to contact the User for their feedback on various services offered by Athiman Holidays India Private Limited. Such feedback may be collected through emails, telephone calls, SMS or any other medium from time to time. In case the User chooses not to be contacted, such User shall write to Athiman Holidays India Private Limited for specific exclusion at support@athimanholidays.com.

PRIVACY POLICY: User shall also refer to Athiman Holidays India Private Limited Privacy Policy available on our website which governs use of the Websites. By using the Website, User agrees to the terms of the Privacy Policy and accordingly consents to the use of the User’s personal information by us and our affiliates in accordance with the terms of the Privacy Policy.

Travel Information – General

Athiman Holidays India Private Limited provides you with all the information linked to your travel plans, itinerary, and Terms after you make the booking. This information also includes the details of destination, affordable packages, and your flight schedule.

This information is given to us through our third-party suppliers which include airlines, tour operators, and other providers. We have taken all the steps to make sure that the information we share with you is accurate and current. But if it is not, we do not have any responsibility for the same and have no liability in such a case. You must also understand that all the information displayed on our website is subject to change without prior notice. Also, the services offered by us are subject to availability. As a user of Athiman Holidays India Private Limited, you understand all the legal needs of traveling include passport, visa, health insurance, and will supply us with the same to complete your booking. We are simply service providers and are here to assist you with the process through our desktop or mobile website and our customer support team. The end responsibility to get all the information accurate and to carry all the documents needed remains solely on you.

For other Terms of bookings and Services availed on Athiman Holidays India Private Limited, you are required to read all the Terms mentioned here carefully. In case you make a flight booking with us, you must make sure that you have gone through the terms of the airlines on their website. Also, ensure that you abide by all of their terms and conditions. The airfare that you book can only be guaranteed after you make a purchase and complete the transaction. Post this process, we will issue a ticket provided to us by the supplier. Sometimes the airline may change their prices without informing us and these changes are not dependent on us. We, as a travel agency have the right to cancel the booking if we do not receive your payment by the date of allocation. If your flight itinerary has more than one airline supplier, then you must go through the terms and conditions of each of the airlines. These terms are easily accessible on the airline’s website. Every airline has a different set of rules and restrictions on their fee and charges. Therefore, if your flight is affected due to a change (cancelled or rescheduled) that the airline made which further results in a change to your other flight, you are the person responsible for the same. In such a scenario, you will have to bear the cost of the fees or buy new tickets for the unaffected flight. Usually, the airline charges a fee for making a change, refund, or exchange, and that cost is borne by you. You are required to comply with the terms of your airline and all the rules differ from airline to airline. You must carry your outbound and return tickets with the confirmation mail with you at all times during your travel. The airline authorities may ask you to show proof of your return tickets at the time of check-in.

Flight Bookings

Airlines tickets booked and purchased with us are subject to the condition of carriage of the airlines you wish to travel with. Athiman Holidays will be acting as a facilitator who help the customers to book their flights. The concerned airlines shall decide the utilization of the ticket as per their condition of carriage. The air fares are dynamic and not guaranteed that the customer will get the same fare as quoted, until ticketing is completed. Therefore, the fare may increase while customers are trying to book their tickets. Every Airlines fare governed by specific set of rules and conditions. The fare prices can be different due to their rules and conditions and offered services.

Airlines can anytime reschedule, cancel, reroute their flight without prior notice. As Athiman Holidays has no control over Airlines decisions, we shall not take any responsibility for any loss transpired by the aforesaid sudden changes of the airline operations.

Pricing

Athiman Holidays will act as facilitator. We work our best to advise, publish and maintain exact same information as received from our suppliers. Our prices consist of base amount, taxes & fee and our convenience fee. Our convenience fee is excluding GST. The customers are required to pay entire amount before confirmation of all the required services.

Athiman Holidays reserves the rights to cancel and dishonor the bookings if the received information from the suppliers, found to be incorrect due to any human error, incorrect price of the service, incorrect information about the services and any other error which may incur loss to us or to the customers.

The infants (child under 2 years of age) discount shall only be applicable if the infant is not completing 2 years for the entire journey. Once the infant reach 2 years of age before completion of the journey, airline will consider the passenger as child and charge child fare for that infant passenger for the complete or remaining journey as applicable.

Infant and child passengers are not allowed to travel alone and must require accompanying adult for the entire journey.

All the prices of the services are in INR excluding GST. Athiman Holidays reserves the rights to cancel any ticket if we do not receive complete payment. The customers are required to pay complete amount including tax, fee, surcharges as conveyed to them regardless of any change in the fare price, taxes and surcharges and convenience fee. 

Baggage

The baggage allowance is always provided by the airlines. All airlines set their own baggage allowance limit. We recommend passengers to check baggage allowance directly with the airlines. The airlines fares can be offered with no baggage, only hand baggage and both hand baggage and checked baggage with limited weight and size limits. In the scenarios wherein passenger is travelling with extra baggage which exceeding the airline’s allowed baggage limit for a passenger, the airlines may charge excess baggage charges at the airport which the passenger needs to pay at the time of check-in. Excess baggage charges are different for every airline. Therefore, please check directly with the airlines before carrying extra baggage.

When there is more than one airline involved to reach to your ultimate destination, you may need to reclaim your baggage at every connecting airport and check-in again with the onward airline flight.

Codeshare

In order to provide better connectivity and services to the passengers, airlines make agreements with other airlines to operate on behalf of each other by sharing their own code and flight numbers between agreed origins and destinations. In such cases, the actual aircraft of the marketing airlines do not necessarily operate between one city to another, instead, the aircraft of the other airlines operate on behalf of the marketing airlines by sharing same flight number of the marketing airlines.

In such cases, we shall inform the customer well in advance before the final payment that there is/are codeshare flight involvement in the offered itinerary. The codeshare information will also be available on the website on the complete booking path. The customer can verify the same information with the airlines for which they hold confirmed ticket.

Unaccompanied Minor

Any child aged between 5 and 17 travelling without accompanying an adult passenger, is an “Unaccompanied minor”, also referred as “Unaccompanied child”. Every airline has its own rules and restriction to carry “Unaccompanied minor” passengers. We recommend you to check directly with the concerned airline for “Unaccompanied minor” travelling terms and conditions.

Flight Check-in

After the covid-19 outbreak, passengers are advised to web check-in for their confirmed reservation. Web check-in usually available from 48 hours to 1 hour before the departure for domestic flights and from 24 hours to 2 hours before the departure of international flights. Check-in at airport counters is available 2 hours for domestic flight departures and 4 hours before international flight departures.  Please carry a valid ID proof, ticket, boarding pass, passport and other required documents, as you may requested by the competent authorities to present before them prior to boarding the flight.

We recommend you to check directly with airlines for check-in time as it differs for each airline and airport. 

International Travel

As a passenger, you must make sure that you have all the documents required to make an entry in the foreign land. These documents include passport, visa (business, tourist, or transit) and you are able to present these documents at any time when the government asks for it. When you want to enter a foreign land, there are several responsibilities that you must meet and we cannot be held responsible if you fail to accomplish them. You are required to go through all the prohibitions, warnings, and announcements that are issued by the government before you reach the destination country.

Travel Documents (Visa, Passport and Other Required Documents)

All the passengers need to obtain all travel documents before the commencement of international travel. The travel documents like Passport, Entry VISA, Transit VISA for the countries where you are entering as an ultimate destination or transiting for the onward journey. We recommend you to visit website or Embassy, High Commission or Consulate of respective Countries you are planning to visit or the country through which you shall be transiting.

Athiman Holidays, in any case, will not be responsible wherein the passengers denied entering in to or transiting through a country due to the incomplete or unavailability of the required travel documents.

Health

All the passengers are advised to check on the necessary vaccinations to travel to a specific country. These vaccines may change at any time, so you must keep a check on the updated information. You are required to consult the doctor before commencement of travel to your ultimate destination. You must make sure that you are adhering to all the health requirements and take the necessary vaccination, medication, and right medical procedure for your travel. It is passengers own responsibility to comply with health requirements of the country they are planning to visit.

Athiman Holidays, in any case, will not take any responsibility if passengers are denied entry/ transit due to the medical conditions or not fulfilling the health requirements of the country they are visiting.

It is not guaranteed if you book with Athiman Holidays that, the country you wish to travel, is safe to travel or it involves no risks. We accept no responsibility for any damage or loss that you may face as a result of traveling to/from/via that particular country.

Convenience Fee & Other Charges

When you book air tickets with us, we shall charge a convenience fee for every passenger depending on the airlines and class of service. The convenience fee is included in the final total amount and you must pay the final price as quoted even if our convenience fee changes.

An additional fee + GST shall be charged by us if customer is paying through credit/ debit card, wallets.

The convenience fee paid to ATHIMAN HOLIDAYS at the time of booking shall remain non-refundable.

Flights Cancellation/ Refunds

Refunds are always subject to airlines rule and restrictions. We can only refund if the same confirmed and approved from the airlines. In order to complete your refund request, we must adhere rules and restriction of the Airlines. We can process your refund only when the airline confirms and approve the same. Upon approval, we shall refund the remaining balance in your original payment method after deducting the convenience fee paid at the time of booking and applicable cancellation charges. When we receive cancellation request from the passenger, we shall send confirmation by sending you an email to let you know that your request is under process. As a facilitator, we rely on our suppliers to process refunds and it may take some time to get final refund amount. This entire process can take up to 60-90 days from the time we receive the cancellation request. The Airlines or supplier may charge an additional fee, which will be charged additionally and deduct from the final refund amount.

Please note:

  1. The cancellation charges may vary depending on the Airlines and class of service.
  2. The Cancellations/ Refunds are subject to rules and restrictions of the airlines and only be refundable if the same received from the Airlines.
  • If you need to cancel the tickets within 24 hours of the journey, we recommend customers to contact directly to the Airlines. Once cancellation and refund approved by the Airlines, send the cancellation request to us for refunds if applicable.
  1. When your ticket is booked with full-service Airlines and Airlines is unable to provide its services on a confirmed reservation due to any reason beyond human control like act of GOD, flood, earth quack, civil unrest, riots, agitation, strike, pandemic, epidemic etc., you need to ask the Airlines to insert a remark in the PNR to process full/ partial refund due to Airlines was not able to operate and take a print out of the remarks inserted by the Airlines. You need to send the copy (hard/ soft) to us for claiming any refund.
  2. The cancellation/ Refund fee paid to Athiman Holidays is separate from the booking fee and shall remain non-refundable.
  3. All bookings made with ATHIMAN HOLIDAYS are subject to cancellation charges levied by the Airlines unless stated otherwise.
  • Athiman Holidays reserves the rights to revise below mentioned charges at any time without any prior notice.
  • In addition to the Airlines cancellation/ refund charges, ATHIMAN HOLIDAYS levies a convenience fee as specified in the below table.

Date Change/ Reschedule Flights

Any Date change or Rescheduling flights in the existing air ticket booking, are subject to the Airlines rules and restrictions. All changes / amendments are subject to Airlines fare restrictions / seasons and seat availability at the time of making the changes. 

Rerouting

In case of rerouting, the complete air ticket shall be cancelled and a new air ticket will be issued if the services and seats are available of the desired airlines at the time of re-booking. In such events, ATHIMAN HOLIDAYS cancellation/ refund convenience fee shall apply in addition to the cancellation/ refund charges of the Airlines. 

Please note:

  1. Date Changes on the existing booking are subject to the rules and restrictions of the issuing Airlines. Fare difference, if any, shall apply at the time of Date Change.
  2. Name Changes are not allowed.
  • In addition to the Airlines Date Change charges, Fare difference + GST + applicable surcharges shall also apply.
  1. To reschedule the tickets within 24 hours of the journey, Athiman Holidays recommends customer to contact directly to the Airlines
  2. Date Change charges levied by Athiman Holidays shall remain non-refundable.
  3. Athiman Holidays reserves the rights to revise above mentioned charges at any time without any prior notice.

Credit/debit card, wallets, net banking charges shall be charged in addition to the final charges against cancellations and changes fee.

Name changes: Name changes are not allowed. As per the Airlines rules and restrictions, name changes are not allowed once the booking has been confirmed. Only minor changes in the name spelling allowed. If any such changes after the booking are finalized, shall result in additional charges.

To prevent such charges as mentioned below in the table, kindly carefully review the name/spelling/ Last Name of all of the passengers before confirming your booking.

No-Show

In the event of passenger fails to board the flight on a confirm ticket, shall be treated as No-show and cancellation/ refunds in such events are subject to airlines rules and restrictions.

In addition to the Airlines change fees and charges, ATHIMAN HOLIDAYS levies a convenience fee as shown in the below table, which is separate from the booking fee. The convenience fee paid in the event of cancellation/ refund will remain non-refundable.

Hotel Bookings

Hotel bookings with Athiman holidays will be available through our supplier and any information about hotel including photos and other information of services provided, amenities etc. have been provided to us by the supplier. The provided information regarding hotel features, services and amenities are for the reference purpose only. The discrepancy can be found between the description of the services and actual services provided by the hotel. We accept no responsibility if the provided information found to be incorrect and the concern must be raised directly with the hotel.

Major features of the hotels such as bed type, smoking or non-smoking rooms are just a request and not guaranteed unless otherwise confirmed by the hotel.

Transfer from hotel to airport, railway station, bus station and vice versa, Airport Shuttle and other hotel services like free breakfast, city tours, etc., offered by hotels considered as an extra service and are always subject to the availability and controlled by the hotel. This service may be provided with or without extra charges. We recommend you to contact directly to the hotel before check-in to the hotel to find out availability and prices of the service.

No refunds will be issued for unused room nights due to early departures. 

Pet Policy

Athiman Holidays have no control over the rules and restrictions of the hotel property. Therefore, it is recommended to confirm directly with the hotel if they do or do not allow pets in their property. It is also recommended to check what breed of pets and their size are allowed, charges of pet services etc. We accept not responsibility if entry denied by the hotel as per their pet policy or booking policy.   

Pre-Paid Hotel Reservation

Prepaid Reservations are charged at the time of booking. This charge includes base amount for the room for complete stay at the hotel, taxes and any services as provided by the hotel or supplier at the time of booking. Any resort fees, electricity charges and other services may be charged on a daily basis and customers are required to pay directly to the hotel. The hotel may also collect for meals, movies, games, bar, parking, and phone calls if the same are not included at the time of booking. The hotel rates are only guaranteed once the booking is confirmed and complete payment received from the customers. 

Pre-Paid Hotel Booking Voucher

At the time of check-in, the hotel may require a confirmed booking voucher. We shall send the voucher to the customer’s email address as provided to us when their booking was made. It is always recommended to carry emailed voucher, valid ID proof (PAN, AAFDHAR), proof of place and date of birth etc. in order to check-in. 

Meal Plans

Meal plans are arrangements that you have selected for your complete stay at the hotel.  According to the requirement of your stay, you can opt for breakfast only, breakfast and lunch or dinner, breakfast and lunch and dinner. At some of the hotel properties, they provide cooking facilities, so that, you can also cook for yourself.

The meal plans are described as below:

  1. Room Only (RO) – Means that you shall be paying only for the room accommodation. No meals shall be included in the price that you have paid for your accommodation.
  1. Self-Catering (SC) – Means that you shall be paying only for the room accommodation, however, you will be provided with kitchen facilities in your accommodation to cook light meals.
  • Bed and Breakfast (BB) or Continental Plan (CP) – Means that breakfast will be included with the room accommodation for your stay.
  1. Half Board (HB) or Modified American Plan (MAP) – Means that breakfast and one meal shall be included in the price that you have paid for your accommodation. You can choose to have lunch or dinner as per your requirements. 
  1. Full Board (FB) or American Plan (AP) – Means that all meals including breakfast, lunch and dinner shall be included in the price you have paid for your accommodation.

No-Show Policy

In the event when a customer fails to check-in hotel for their confirmed reservation without prior notice. If you unable to check-in for your confirmed reservation, it is recommended to contact the hotel directly. In case of no-show, the entire amount will be non-refundable.

Hotel Confirmation

We suggest you to reconfirm your hotel reservation 24 hours prior to check-in. The booking will be confirmed as soon as you received the confirmation and voucher number, however, we recommend to check your reservation directly with the concerned hotel.

Hotel Changes, Cancellations and Refunds

For any changes or cancellations, it is recommended that you contact us by calling us or by email. Sometimes, due to some unavoidable reasons, plans change. The policies for making changes and cancellation may vary and completely in control of the hotel/ property. Below mentioned are additional cancellation and change policies:

  1. For high demand special events like sports events, fairs, fests, New Year’s Eve and/ or peak seasonal dates, hotels may change the cancellation policies of the booking.
  2. Cancellations or changes to the confirmed bookings are subject to Athiman Holidays cancellation fees in addition to fees charged by the hotel/ property.
  • Changes to dates, change in number rooms or any other modifications are subject to fees based on the rules ad restrictions of the hotel policies.
  1. The amount shall be non-refundable for unused room, nights due to early departures.
  2. In the event of extensions of stay shall require a new reservation. In such cases, the original room rate is not guaranteed.
  3. Refunds for early departures, no-shows or cancellations are at the sole discretion of our hotel suppliers and only be refunded if we receive the same from the hotel/ property.

The convenience fee charged by Athiman Holidays shall remain non-refundable. Our convenience fee can be charged as below:

Payment, Taxes and Fees

Athiman Holidays will act as facilitator and the charge quoted against a service shall include base room rate, taxes and fees of the hotel and our convenience fee. These charges shall be included an assessed amount to recover the amount we pay to the hotel for your booking, all the taxes owed by the hotel. Sometimes, hotel charge resort fee and other service fee, which is not included in the original booking, shall be pay directly to the hotel. 

Athiman Holidays will charge a convenience fee for the every new hotel bookings in addition to the hotel rates and taxes. Our convenience fee is without GST. Customers are required to pay entire amount including GST even if our convenience fee changes at the time of booking.

Any changes, cancellations shall incur a convenience fee, which is separate from hotel booking fee and exclusive of GST.

Athiman holidays will act as facilitator and enable our customers to collect information and book the concerned hotel services. In order to achieve this, we are reliable on our suppliers. Every supplier has their own hotel policies and terms and conditions to avail the services. Athiman Holidays have no control on their policies and terms and conditions.
