The airlines which are operating in India as low-cost airlines are, Air India Express, AIX Connect(Air Asia), Akasa Air, IndiGo, SpiceJet.

Since, the low-cost airlines keep their air fares very low in the market, most of the fares are non-refundable and changes are not allowed. Sometimes, changes and cancellation available at very high airline fee. Please contact us if you need any assistance regarding modifying, cancelling, adding seats, baggage or meals for these airlines.

We accept payment through UPI, all major credit and debit cards, net banking, IMPS, RTGS. Please click here for account details. We do not accept cash in any case to make bookings.

No, your booking is not guaranteed as air fares are dynamic and can increase any time without any information. Therefore, you need to pay the full amount against the itinerary of your choice to get your booking confirmed.

The child, infant and senior citizen discounts availability depends upon airlines air fare policies. You need to check with us before confirming your flights for the discounts.

No, we cannot book flight tickets for children travelling alone. You need to contact the respective airlines operating on the route of your choice of destination.

You can book up to 9 passengers in one go. However, if there are more than 9 passengers are travelling together, we suggest the you should contact us for group booking.

To cancel the booking, you need to contact us. Upon receiving the request, we’ll cancel your booking and initiate for a refund. The refund is only possible if you booked refundable fare. It may take 7 to 21 working days to get the refund from the supplier or the airlines. Upon receiving the refund from the supplier/ airlines, we shall refund the amount and it will reflect in your original mode of payment within next 3-7 working days.

No, Athiman Holidays charge its convenience fee in order to fulfil you travel requirements on your requests. Therefore, our convenience fee is non-refundable in any case.

Changes and modifications are only allowed as per the airlines change policy. All changes and modifications are subject to airlines charges, tax and surcharges. Athman Holidays convenience fee shall also apply. Name changes are not allowed as per airlines guidelines. Please ensure to provide correct name as written on the government ID, documents like AADHAR, PAN, driving license etc. in case of domestic travel. If you are booking international flight, please provide your name as written on your passport. Once you booked the ticket, it is not possible to change the name. The new ticket will be issued with the new name requested and there is no guarantee of receiving the same fare as booked earlier. A cancellation fee of the airline and Athiman Holidays shall also apply with GST and additional surcharges (if any).
